What is CMS?

A web-content-management system (WCMS or Web CMS) is content management system (CMS) software, for creating and managing HTML content. It is used to manage and control a large, dynamic collection of Web material (HTML documents and their associated images).

Unlike website software like Microsoft FrontPage or Adobe Dreamweaver, a CMS allows non-technical users to make changes to an existing website with little or no training – and no software to buy and install. A CMS typically requires an experienced coder to set up and add features, but is primarily a Web-site maintenance tool for non-technical administrators.

With our web-based Content Management System, you will be able to update your own content, add and remove pages, even build your own photo galleries, blogs, polls and more.

We can build you a new CMS based website, or (in most cases) convert your existing website to CMS. Contact us to find out how a CMS system can benefit your company.

How Long Does It Take and How Much Will It Cost?

The time and cost it takes to develop a website depends mainly on the complexity of the design. Before we begin working with you, we spend an hour with you (at no charge) to determine the overall outline of your new website. From there, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining those pages and the costs associated with the web site, along with a projected timeline to completion.

As in any other building project, during the course of development, your needs may change. If these changes constitute a price and/or timeline adjustment, then we will quickly notify you and await your approval before proceeding.
